Welcome to our independent group test of summer riding tights. All of the leggings in this group test have been put through their paces by event rider and BHSII Lisa Spence. Find out what she thought below.
Official description
The Harry Hall Bala riding tights are made from a stretchy polyester/elastane that has great fabric recovery and compression qualities that aid muscle fatigue when exercising. They have a comfortable deep waistband, suede effect knee panels and a great pocket for your phone.
First impressions
These looked really sporty and I really liked the colour.
Overview of performance
I found the placement of the stitching rather uncomfortable while riding and the waistband was a bit too big. The material was stretchy and I found them flattering to wear out of the saddle.
Lisa’s likes and dislikes
I really liked the colour and the material they are made out of, but due to the stitching at the seams they were not comfortable to ride in.
