HORSE magazine will be unveiling its £22,000 prize horsebox at Equus, the Horse Event, which is being held at ExCel in London, on 19-22 April.
The horsebox is large enough to carry two 17hh horses, with rubber flooring, rug racks, padded partition and a secure tack locker. The lorry’s day living includes lighting, cold water pump system, heater, hob burner and over-cab storage. The box, built by Wren Horseboxes of Kent on a reconditioned chassis, has a 2.5 litre Ford engine.
Visitors should visit HORSE magazine’s stand (stand C8, near the main entrance) to find out how to enter the Dodson & Horrell sponsored competition. Further details will be available in HORSE magazine’s June issue, available in newsagents from 10 May.
Jaki Bell, editor of HORSE, says: “I am extremely excited that we can offer our readers the chance to win such an amazing prize. It will be a real dream come true for one lucky person. The horsebox will be on show at Equus and we’ll be inviting everyone who visits our stand to take a closer look.”
Tickets for equus are available via the ticket hotline (tel: 0870 739 6500) at £8 adult, £4 child and £20 family tickets. For further information visit www.equusevent.co.uk
