From the successes, excesses and failures of the Athens Olympics to the government’s introduction of confusing and unjust legislation, 2004 has been a busy year in the equestrian world. Now it’s time to decide who should be recognised in Horse & Hound’s Review of the Year 2004.
Horse & Hound will salute the top campaigners, the worst hard luck story, the best innovation and the worst cock-up. The saddest farewell from the sport will be remembered, alongside the chief villian and the strangest oddity. And of course the top horse, rider and ride are open for debate. Last, but not least, the quote of the year will be also chosen.
