Dressage sensation Totilas will make his debut with new rider Matthias Rath in Munich next month (2-5 June), it was revealed earlier today.
Totilas and Matthias, who took over the ride from Edward Gal last year, were expected to compete at Hagen last week, but a minor hoof injury ruled the stallion out. But the pair were back in training at co-owner Ann Kathrin Linsenshoff’s yard outside Frankfurt this morning and happy to train in front of members of the German press.
After Munich, Totilas will be aimed at the CDI Wiesbaden a week later, meaning lucky German fans will get the chance to see him twice in quick succession.
