Terry Biddlecombe, the former jockey and husband of trainer Henrietta Knight, is back home after suffering a stroke last weekend.
“He is shaky and frail and has lost a lot of weight – could soon ride at 10 stone! – but he is sitting up in bed,” Henrietta Knight wrote on their website.
“He has had a few small walks, and his voice is improving. I’m sure he will be watching racing at Cheltenham and Ascot at the weekend. He is following the whip debate, and is disappointed that Richard Hughes has handed in his licence.”
Terry suffered a stroke on Saturday 8 October and was being treated recovering in John Radcliffe hospital in Oxfordshire.
