Super league for endurance riders

    • New international endurance league to be sponsored by The United Arab Emirates

    The United Arab Emirates is to sponsor the Million Dollar Ambassador Super League for endurance riding,comprising four rides in Spain, Italy, France and the UAE in 2002.

    Placings in these rides will create a league table for the series from which the top horse and rider combination will be the champion.

    All rides will be run under FEI rules and will use the same veterinary surgeons and officials. In addition to the supreme title, there are awards for breeders, trainers, owners, riders and horses.

    The Million Dollar league is a further step by the sport towards its aim of becoming an Olympic discipline.
