Rescue organisation to host summer show


  • The International League for the Protection of Horses’ (ILPH) Summer Show is all set to go ahead at Hall Farm, Snetterton, Norfolk, on the 23 June 2001. Entrance to the showground is free.

    This year’s main attractions include displays by the stunt riding team Horsemen of the Apocalypse and Tanya Larrigan’s Mini Marvels. The Kings Troops and the Horse Rangers will also give demonstrations and there will be a £3000 raffle.

    Visitors will be able to find out all about the charity’s rehabilitation work with rescued and recovering horses in the ILPH Welfare Village. They will also be able to go on a guided tour of the farm.

    The adjacent horse show will hold 60 classes, including affiliated and unaffiliated showing and jumping, driving and a minimus jumping competition. The dog show will feature showing and obedience classes, terrier racing, and agility demonstrations.
