Several new sponsors for both showing and show jumping sections at Horse of the Year Show 2001 (2 – 7 October) have been announced
Babes Horses, are to support the 138cm National Show Jumping final, which will become known as the Babes Horses 138cm Championship.
The Intermediate Show Hunter is to become known as the Twiston Davies Classic Intermediate Show Hunter of the Year, supported by Clare Twiston Davies.
John Holmes and the Essex County Showground are to support the Senior Newcomers Championship, which will be known as the Great Leighs Senior Newcomers Championship. This prestigious National Show Jumping final will be held on Tuesday 2 October at HOYS.
HOYS Show Jumping Groom of the Week Award
This new award has been introduced for the groom who turns out the horses to a consistently high standard in the international show jumping classes throughout the week. The groom of the week will be awarded a HOYS memento and £500.
