As the breeding season gets under way, Quay Equestrian is offering an emergency service for Aintree Foal Milk, a product developed with the assistance of Johanna Vardon MBE to offer a complete substitute milk for orphaned foals or those whose dams have insufficient milk.
The product, which can also be purchasedin advance from retailers, is held for 24-hour emergency use at 74 locations across the country.
Holders are owners or breeders, most of whom have had orphan foals themselves and may be contacted by telephoning Quay Equestrian on (tel: 01524 381821) in office hours or Johanna Vardon on (tel: 01952 811234).
