A life-size bronze of Sefton, the Household Cavalry horse who survived the IRA bombing in Hyde Park in 1982, has been commissioned by the Royal Veterinary College.
Tomorrow (Friday) marks the 30th anniversary of the bomb that killed four men and seven horses. Artist Camilla Le May is carrying out the work.
The bronze will be unveiled in spring 2013 on the site of the old veterinary hospital in Hatfield, Herts.
