Kate Negus Saddlery launches Twitter and Facebook pages

  • Wiltshire-based tack shop Kate Negus Saddlery is now interacting with clients and fans online.

The saddlery has embraced social networking and has Twitter and Facebook pages.

There are also plans to start up a blog to share the trials and tribulations of the Kate Negus sponsored riders — who include eventers Sarah Cohen, Sacha Pemble and David Doel.

“Social media is so popular and such a good way to communicate with customers and fans,” said Julia Andrews, managing director of Kate Negus.

“I’m particularly pleased with Facebook as fans are posting gorgeous photos of their horses in Kate Negus kit and we get some great comments about the bridles and accessories we sell.

“I really like reading the positive comments about our news and sponsored riders. We congratulate our riders on their achievements and we often find fans congratulating them too — we’ve built a little Kate Negus community and we hope it keeps growing!”
