Farewell to equestrian solicitor Jane Phillips


  • Tavistock solicitor Jane Phillips, an expert in equestrian litigation, died suddenly on 13 June. She was 64 and had been fighting cancer for two years.

    Jane had represented owners, riding schools and racing stables as well as major equestrian organisations such as the Pony Club, British Horse Society, British Eventing and British Showjumping, during her legal career.

    Jane’s funeral will take place on 30 June at 2.30pm at Weston Mill Crematorium, Plymouth, followed by a reception in Tavistock.
