Endurance steroids scandal deepens


  • A week of further scrutiny of doping within Sheikh Mohammed’s wider equestrian interests — first revealed by H&H — has ended with the shock cancellation of Britain’s leading endurance series.

    Dubai Equestrian Club has axed its sponsorship of this summer’s FEI rides at Euston Park, causing headaches for British riders trying to qualify for next summer’s World Equestrian Games (WEG).

    Now, more national federations and a leading endurance rider have joined the calls to clean up the sport.
