Eventing fans planning to visit Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials this year will be able to enjoy significant discounts on ticket prices if they snap up early bird tickets.
The online box office for the event has opened, and visitors who book before the end of January 2010 will not only receive discounted tickets, but also a voucher for a free programme, worth £7.50.
“We encourage early bookings with extra discounts and added value as it helps us to plan the event,” explained Blenheim Horse Trials event director Mandy Hervieu.
“It helps us to estimate what facilities the visitors will need, enabling us to invest and make it even better for all who attend.”
The event, which takes place on from 9–12 September, is one of the most popular CIC*** in the eventing calendar, attracting some of the world’s best competitors.
The competition also features a class specifically for eight and nine-year-old horses, providing cross-country action on both Saturday and Sunday.
“We try to create a great day out for all of the family with lots to do and see,” added Ms Hervieu.
Alongside the eventing action, there are Riding Club, Pony Club and BE100 competitions, an array of displays and demonstrations in the main arena and a plethora of trade stands and shops.
