Cheshire stables hit by thieves


  • A dozen saddles and two trailers have been stolen from a yard in Goostery, Cheshire.

    The riding equipment, which was taken from the yard on the night of Tuesday, 15 May, was valued at around £15,000.

    Police believe the theft was carried out by professionals.

    The stolen goods include a blue Ifor Williams 505 double horse trailer, serial number 219453 and a chassis code V-23211, a Falcon Hawk event saddle (18 inch), a Simmons Olympus general purpose saddle and a light tan Fieldhouse Pro-event saddle.
