British go the distance in Dubai

  • British endurance riders enjoy success during a visit to Dubai

British endurance rider Rob Sedgley finished third out of a field of 100 in the recent 80km ride at the Federation Village in Dubai, UAE.

Rob was riding Khalid Abdullah Al Ghurair’s South African Arab gelding, Geobri Boaz, and his sponsor, NDS Equine, is now hoping that he can return to Dubai to take part in the 200km Nestle Challenge.

The other British representative, Sarah Kelleway, was ninth in the 120km Al Wathba Cup on her Horse & Hound Arab Marathon winner, Cathy De Boisset.
