During the recent World Horse Welfare Conference a panel of equestrian experts, including H&H Editor Lucy Higginson, shared their thoughts on the best way to tackle the thorny issue of the overbeeding of horses at all levels in the UK.
Chaired by Simon Brooks-Ward, the panel also included Baroness Ann Mallalieu (Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group of the Horse), Will Connell (World Class Performance Director at the BEF) and Paul Bittar (Chief Executive of the British Horseracing Authority).
