Burnham Market International Horse Trials has secured a new sponsor for 2009.
The Norfolk event is to be supported by a new luxury resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands — The Veranda Resort & Residences on Grace Bay Beach.
Event director, Alec Lochore, said: “We are bringing a little bit of Caribbean sunshine to the North Norfolk coast this year! I hope our visitors will enjoy finding out about The Veranda Resort and the Turks & Caicos Islands and, of course, have the opportunity to watch world class sport here at Burnham Market.”
At the event there also will be a “Caribbean Lounge” where horse trials visitors can try typical West Indian food.
Burnham Market International Horse Trials will take place at Sussex Farm, Burnham Market and will run from 9-11 April.
