Jane Green polished off a successful first season with Carl Hester and Kenny Earles Groove Jet by winning the advanced title at Sheepgate Tack & Togs Dressage Championships (5-7 October).
Debi Thomas and her Dutch-bred nine-year-old Pavarotti took the medium open championship. The novice open title went to Ruth Hurst with Sue Broomes five-year-old Fabioso.
Stephen Urwin enjoyed a memorable weekend, taking the prelim and novice titles with Patricia Nuttalls talented string of horses. Mr Bojangles, an eight-year-old Thoroughbred and a former Burghley Young Event Horse finalist, took the prelim from his stablemate Lets Dance who went on to claim the novice restricted title ahead of another stablemate, High Fidelity.
Claire Tomlinson and Chevet Braveheart, a 14.2hh Welsh Cob, took the elementary restricted championship.
