International riders head for Sussex for packed four-day dressage programme
Britain’s European championship dressage squad is expected to travel hotfoot to Hickstead for the CDIO atthe Derby meeting (23-26 August).
This four-day programme is part of the build up for the European Championships in 2003.
Highlights include the Shearwater national five- and six-year-old finals and a round of the FEI’s Waldfried Euro Future Cup young riders series.
Sunday proceedings begin with the small tour grand prix, followed in quick succession by the intermediaire and small grand prix freestyles and culminating with the Berkeley Group CDIO grand prix freestyle.
