Crufts 2003 takes place at the NEC in Birmingham from 6 – 9 March, with 22,431 confirmed entries, this year’s event looks set to be the fifth largest in its 112 year history.
Crufts’ chairman Peter Mann says: “The Kennel Club is extremely pleased with the 2003 entry, which reaffirms Crufts to be both the biggest and best dog show in the world. This improved entry, coupled with the recent announcement that Kennel Club registrations rose toward the end of last year, should be greeted with optimism by all of us within the world of dogs and we should all be looking forward to a fantastic show”.
The question everyone wants to know is who will be this year’s Best in Show winner? Last year the title was won by the Standard Poodle, Topscore Contradiction, who travelled from Norway.
