A nationwide Virtual Dressage league is being launched by driving enthusiast Pippa Jarman and dressage trainer Tina West to give dressage riders and drivers a way of competing during the foot-and-mouth quarantine.
To take part, you need someone to video your test, in case of dressage, the novice 21, for driving the IHDT 1 (1999).
Send the VHS cassette in to be judged at a cost of £15 and 50% of the entry fee will be donated to the Farm Aid Appeal.
So far, List 3 judge Claire Morrison and List 4 judge Dr Sheena Russell have confirmed that they will mark the dressage, while leading trials judges and competitors Mark Broadbent and Liza Wood will be adjudicating the driving.
The idea is to run this league for four months and classes will be split into novice and open sections. Currently the organisers are looking for sponsors
