Leading equestrian experts, including international event rider Karen Dixon, will be hosting a special forum at Baileys Horse Feeds’ celebrity evening
If you wonder what it takes to win at international level, then visit Baileys Horse Feeds’ evening with the experts at the National Agricultural Centre, Stoneleigh on Thursday, 15 November to find out more.
Organised in association with Horse & Hound, the evening will bring the equestrian public together with top competitors and scientists to provide an insight into what is required to win international competitions.
Speakers include:
- Olympic eventer Karen Dixon talking about competing abroad
- Dr David Marlin from the Animal Health Trust, on preparing the equine athlete for international competitions
- Katie Lugsden BSc (Hons), equine nutritionist for Baileys Horse Feeds, on how nutrition affects performance.
A panel of experts will also be available to answer questions and provide advice for competitive success.
The event will begin at 7.30pm. Tickets, which cost £10 with a discount for students and Horse & Hound/HORSE magazine readers, are limited and can bebought in advance from Baileys Horse Feeds. All proceeds will go to the Horse & Hound Trigger Fund.
