Web helps holidaymakers keep in touch with pets

  • Paul Bliss, a kennel owner in Bradley, near Basingstoke, Hants, has come up with an ingenious idea for anxious dog owners.

Paul has installed Big Brother-style webcams in his runs so that pet owners who worry about what their dogs are up to while they are away can keep an eye on them.

Linked to his PC, Paul’s webcam films the dog from 8am to 8pm and photographs are automatically downloaded to the kennel’s website where the pictures are updated every 10 minutes”Holidays can be ruined with the worry of how your pet is,” said Paul.” This will give owners peace of mind.”
