The riders who will be carrying British vaulting’s hopes at the World Equestrian Games have been named
Following selection trials at Warwickshire College, Moreton Morell, Glos, at the end of last month, the British vaulting squad for the World Equestrian Games in Jerez has been announced.
The Scottish Equestrian Vaulting Team (SEVT) will represent Britain in the team competition with three men and three women competing in the individual classes.
Twins Elizabeth and Sarah Watson, and Lucy Bell, who has also been long-listed for the British young rider event team, will be contesting the female class.
The current British champion John McNally will be accompanied by former British champion, Philip Beasley and 15-year-old Ricki Davies, who is in his first year of individual competitions.
Rebecca Morgan will be lungeing W.H. Bentley for the Scottish Equestrian Vaulting Team, which includes:

- Rebecca Hall
- Joanne Eccles
- Louise Smith
- Lucy Phillips
- Crystal Mulveena
- Jenni Dailly
Team reserves are Jim Pate, Ruth Morris and Heidi Johnson.
