Historic Exmoor meet – September 2002
In the week before the Liberty & Livelihood March in September, Exmoor played host to a historic meet of four hunts – the Devon and Somerset and the Quantocks Staghounds, and the Exmoor and Dulverton West Foxhounds.
“A completely historic event, never done before,” was Devon and Somerset joint-master Diana Scott’s verdict. “It is intended as a huge show of strength before the March, for people to come and support us from anywhere and everywhere.”
