Sport horse studs in Lancashire, Gloucestershire and Lincolnshire each have new top-class stallions available for public use for the first time this season.
Country Farm Stud in Lancashire has added the new skewbald stallion, Country Lone Ranger, to its range of sires. The three-year-old should mature at 16.3hh and his pedigree includes numerous grade A show jumpers, plus the well-known Selle Francais, Dallas.

Meadow Stud in Birdwood, Glos, also has a new three-year-old, Sandro B, son of the World Champion stallion, Sandro Hit. Sandro B’s dam, All Day Long, is by the grand prix show jumper Aldatus and is also a half-sister to the world-class sire Sandro Song.
Sandro B has already been extensively used in the Netherlands, where he has more than 50 foals due this year. For more information (tel: 01452 750113).
The seven-year-old Lemar Nareko VII will have his first season at public stud this year at Lemar Stud, Lincs. The son of the Capitol I stallion, Gino III, has Anglo European Studbook papers and is line-bred to Cottage Son and Ramzes. His dam Dolly Bird, went to grade A and his half-sister, Redhill Manta, is jumping with Michael Whitaker.
