Richard Davison to host master class at Horse of the Year Show

  • British Olympic dressage rider Richard Davison is to host a dressage master class at this year’s Horse of the Year Show (HOYS).

Richard, who was recently selected to compete for Team GBR at this summer’s Games, will be hosting the class on Friday 5 October at the Birmingham NEC.

Dressage enthusiasts will have an opportunity to watch Richard work with up-and-coming horses and riders. He will tailor advice for each combination and demonstrate techniques to help improve their overall performance.

“HOYS has a special magic of its own and I’m delighted to be invited back to host another master class,” said Richard.

“I plan to move onto the next stage of training this year and really give the riders, and hopefully the audience, some work to do.”

Richard will be competing at the London Olympics with 13-year-old gelding Artemis. He has competed at three previous Olympics
