Farewell to the linchpin of Fry’s Dressage

  • The linchpin of Fry’s Dressage, in East Yorkshire, has died aged 89.

Mr Fry, who was father-in-law of Olympic dressage rider Laura Fry, died on 22 September. He had cancer.

He was chief groundsman at the centre and very involved in the family business.

Although he never rode, he was a life-long supporter of dressage and was still working at shows until earlier this year.
