Funeral of showjumping supporter Terry Johnsey


  • The funeral of showjumping owner, sponsor and supporter Terry Jonsey takes place at St Mary’s Priory Church, Chepstow on Monday 12 September.

    Mr Johnsey was the father of showjumper Debbie Johnsey who jumped at the 1976 Montreal Olympics and grandfather of showjumper Gemma Plumley.

    He died in Spain on 27 August.

    His funeral service will be at noon, followed by a reception at Devauden Court, Devauden.

    Mourners attending St Mary’s are asked to park at Chepstow Racecourse. Coaches will be provided from 10am to transport them to the church.
