Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) has announced the 10 British Showjumpers who have qualified automatically for the international classes at the October show.
Held from 4-9 October at Birmingham’s NEC arena the qualified riders are:

- Nick Skelton
- Robert Smith
- Guy Williams
- Laura Renwick
- Ben Maher
- William Funnell
- Robert Whitaker
- Scott Brash
- John Whitaker
There are still opportunities for British riders to qualify for the international classes at HOYS as there are two wildcard slots to be won at both Rowallen Equestrian Centre, Fenwick, Ayrshire (8-11 September) and Arena UK, Grantham, Lincolnshire (19-25 September).
A total of £123,780 of prize money is available in the international classes and four of them carry world-ranking points.
