World Horse Welfare host Ethical Equine Extravaganza


  • World Horse Welfare is holding an Ethical Equine Extravaganza on 18-19 June at Hall Farm, Snetterton, Norfolk.

    The event will be packed full of demonstrations and debates from some of the top names in their fields.

    Highlights will be lecture demos by sports and remedial therapist Gillian Higgins, founder of “Horses Inside Out”. Equine Biomechanics coach Becky Chapman and Dr Diana Hodgkins from Pegasus Motion Analysis.

    The schedule is designed to keep horse lovers up to date in areas including performance and health of horse and rider, long-term soundness and how to develop communication with your horse.

    There will also be talks on nutrition, barefoot trimming, worming, saddles and riding confidence.

    Some of the charity’s horses that are looking for new homes will be paraded too.

    Adult tickets start at £10 and children £7.50.
