Young eventer Laura Collett has signed a sponsorship agreement with The Mark Todd Collection.
The up-and-coming event rider will promote the Mark Todd product range and Gatehouse riding hats, including the popular HS1 jockey skull.
Laura said: “This is a very exciting sponsorship deal for me and I am proud to be associated with the Mark Todd brand. It’s a terrific name to be wearing and it’s great that Mark is back here competing again.”
Laura has already got stuck into her promotional duties for the brand by modelling the latest Mark Todd clothing collection alongside fellow eventer, Paul Tapner.
“It was a lot of fun and not as daunting as I had expected; it certainly made a change from my usual routine” she said.
Twenty-year-old Laura had a successful showing career before setting her sights on eventing.
She has been competing as a professional for the past five years and has a host of junior and young rider titles to her name — including individual gold medals from the Junior European Championships in 2006 and 2007.
Laura currently has a string of 11 horses at her yard in Wiltshire .
