Police given more time to question men held on suspicion of murder

  • Warwickshire police have been granted more time to question two men arrested on suspicion of murder following an incident at Long Marston airfield on Monday (9 March).

Police are currently questioning the two following the death of devoted Warwickshire hunt supporter Trevor Morse. They have until midnight tonight, Wednesday 11 March, to question the men.

Mr Morse was involved in a collision with a gyrocopter which had been used by so-called “hunt monitors” over the past few weeks to follow the Warwickshire and Heythrop hunts.

Police have said there will be “no updates” for the rest of today.
