Mike Florence resigns as show jumping chef d’equipe


  • After 12 years of immense success, Mike Florence has resigned as British junior and young rider show jumping chef d’equipe.

    During his time in the role, Mike led victorious British teams to 29 International Equestrian Federation (FEI) European Championship medals, including 10 team and four individual gold medals.

    “I’ve had a fantastic 12 years, but now feel it is time for me to move on,” said Mike. “It is nice to be able to leave on a high following our medal successes of 2008.”
