Racing pantomime at Bath raises funds for HorseWorld

  • Horses with a difference will kick off the race card at Bath on Sunday 1st June.

Pantomime horses and other animals will come under starter’s orders at 1.10pm for a one furlong flat race to raise funds for the Ashley Brixey HorseWorld Fund.

Claire Brixey set the fund up in memory of her son Ashley who died in a car accident in 2004. Her goal is to raise £60,000 this year to assist with the Friends of Bristol Horse Society’s HorseWorld sanctuary.

Bath Racecourse has agreed to donate £5 from advance tickets to the raceday from advance tickets purchased on tel: 01225 424609. The programme also includes children’s entertainments.
