A BBC journalist will take part in the Golden Horseshoe Ride on Exmoor this May and his endeavours will be shown on Countryfile.
Working farmer Adam Henson is scheduled to ride in the 50-mile (80km) Exmoor Experience class, held over two days during the Golden Horseshoe, Britain’s most famous endurance event.
Adam’s first meeting with his ride — a Welsh Cob named Windsor — was televised on Countryfile last Sunday (17 February).
His get-fit preparation for the ride will be followed by the programme, which will also broadcast a feature from the Golden Horseshoe Ride itself.
