An internet search engine has donated more than £2,050 to leading equestrian charities, and is aiming to offer more.
The site, everyclick.com, donates 50% of its gross revenue to charity, and has so far given to the British Horse Society, Veteran Horse Welfare Society, Midland Racehorse Society, Worldwide Veterinary Service, Animals in Distress, World Society for the Protection of Animals, Redwings Horse Sanctuary and the Mark Davies Injured Riders Fund.
“Horses are incredibly close to our hearts and we are determined to increase the amounts raised,” says Bettina von Sachsen Weimar, spokesman for the “horse-mad” team at everyclick.com. “Because people don’t actually have to put their hands in their pockets we allow for a broader range of people to support their favourite charities.”
