  • British Eventing chief executive Peter Durrant has been made redundant. As part of a three-phase restructuring plan British Eventing has decided to do away with the chief executive role and instead appoint a sports director.

The new sports director position is to be advertised in Horse & Hound this Thursday (5 April). Working alongside the general manager Terry Bailey, the sports director will oversee eventing in the field. Applications close on 19 April.
