Dressage star Charlotte Dujardin has signed a modelling contact.
The double Olympic gold medallist will be working with London-based MOT Models and will be working within the sports personalities division on high-profile campaigns.
Charlotte and her partner Valegro currently hold the world record scores in all three grand prix dressage tests.
“I’m really excited to have signed with MOT and can’t wait to work on some exciting projects in this Olympic year,” Charlotte said.
“MOT Models was an obvious choice for me because of the experience across the team and the positive atmosphere of agency.”
Alison Griffin of MOT Models added: “It’s great to have Charlotte signed with MOT. Her fantastic success in London 2012 made her and the dressage team Olympic icons and heroes of the sport.
“The run up to the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro is already underway and Charlotte will be appearing in a variety of sporting and commercial campaigns.”
Charlotte’s charity fundraising
Last month H&H reported that Charlotte raised over £7,000 for equine charity the Brooke.
Charlotte, global ambassador for the charity, donated items from her competition career to be sold in an auction.

Among the items on sale in the New Year’s Day auction were tack and riding equipment worn during the London 2012 Olympics.
“It really doesn’t take huge amounts to make big differences and I’m so grateful to you all who bid on my items,” said Charlotte.
